OEM front lip questions

I have been looking around for while now and I have only found one place that sells the OEM front chin/lip spoiler: everythingg35.com Is there somewhere else I can find it? Is this an official JDM skyline part? is it a simple install with tape/screws?

IMO everythingg35 is the best place to get it, grubbs is good to but they charge $360 for it, although i've heard from people sayin they paid less at grubbs. Its not a JDM part, you can get it at your local dealer for $360, plus installation. And its 5 screws and some tape.

escobar where are you located? if youre local i may be able to give you info on how to get one for cheap. I got mine for $290 and installed myself. its a simple install and with the right tools (sockets, drill, etc) shouldnt take you any more than an hour or two max.

i'm in SFL but i've had my fron lip for almost two weeks, its thfx who was askin the question, but i had the dealer install mine cause my friend who does body work on cars, told me that the holes had to be painted, so that it wouldnt rust. So he said it would be best to have it done at the dealer, that way if anything goes wrong you can take it back to them, did you paint the holes or did you just leave them

oops. i meant to ask thfx where he was located. sorry about that. i didnt paint my holes and i have never heard of it prior to your mentioning. i dont recall anyone else having done so either. i dont see how anything could possibly go wrong anyway. the holes are not even close to being visible.

be nice to your local Infiniti parts department

I generally get my parts for cost or damn near cost.

My front lip spoiler cost me $290 (not a SUPER price, but then again, I didn't pay shippnig either).

My advise, be nice the parts guys. If they're tools, then you're screwed, but luckily, mine are cool.

I think the OEM nose spoiler is bad*ss.

GOOD LUCK!!

Oem Lip

I agree with RoadRacer, the bumper cover is plastic. There is nothing to rust. I installed my own and was simple.

If you guys want OEM front lip, rear wing, front and rear splash and rear diffuser I can get it for you. Don't PM me but email me at glennp_1999@sbcglobal.net. I will be out of the country from 03/24/05 and won't be back until 04/05/05. I will be able to answer your email after that date. And one more thing I do not ship parts so all will be local pickup only. I WILL ONLY ACCEPT CASH NO EXCEPTIONS.
