Aero Package ?

I bought my coupe without the aero package, but now i am thinking about getting it. How much do you think it would cost for the dealer to put it on?
Thanks

Re: Aero Package ?

if your car is already built and you want it i can expect the dealer to charge you a whole lot of money for it. Not worth it imo.

They'll prob charge you the price of the aero ($550 i think) plus one or two hours of labor.

I think the dealer will add an aftermarket pre painted one for about $550 total. You could also buy one online for $300-400 and put it on yourself. I've seen them pre painted and they are exact replicas of the factory originals. Check:

Re: Aero Package ?

My coupe came in without the Aero Package, but it was something I absolutely wanted... my dealer installed it for the factory price of $550.00, no hassles at all.

One word of warning though... the factory Aero Coupes don't have a third eye brakelight in the rear window, because it's replaced with the one in the spoiler. Consequently, the rear shelf (or whatever you want to call it) behind the rear seats just has the speakers and LATCH mounts, but the non-Aero Coupes have the third eye light there. My dealer simply left it there, while also connecting the light in the spoiler. End result, I have two third eye brakelights. LOL

There is a cover they make that allows you to remove the original TEBL, but I don't believe it matches the shelf perfectly - in other words, you'll be able to tell that it's been removed. I haven't decided yet whether or not to remove mine, unplug it, or just leave it as is.
