The National G Club for MD/VA/DC is now created! First Meet on April 23

NationalGClub.com
To all the G35 owners in the MD/VA/DC area, there is now a place where you can meet all other G35 cars. Despite a huge presence in the area, hardly any meet has been organized in the past.

This club was created by John Blaine (clokwork) and myself (Pratik Shah) to get G35 enthusiasts together and enjoy our cars even more.

The NationalGClub is a non-fee based club and is strictly for fun, and all merchandise sold on the site (Will be up very shortly) is also non-profit. All we ask is you come to as many meets as you can and we'll add you to the Member List on the website. If you register on the site as well, you will have access to the complete features on the site.

We have some DIY days planned as well as our very first meet on April 23 (weather permitting) - A location is still up in the air but hopefully we can all come up with a spot.

Again, we're excited about this opportunity to get all the G's in the area together!

Hey man. We plan on getting a forum up here shortly. We will see how things go with that. However, please feel free to check us out at www.nationalGclub.com, sign up, and make sure to come out to the first event!!

As for the subforum, I have spoken with Kyle (runs things here on G35driver) and we should be getting that up as soon as he fines some time - hopefully soon.

As for the National name. We live in the Nation's Capital. National is used all over here.

There have been other meets in the Northern Virginia area, but not much has been going on lately.

I'll try to make it on the 23rd. What time will it be?

The location has yet to be determined but we're discussing that right now. Probably in a park or a public area where a lot of G's around wont cause a problem. As soon as the details are finalized I will definitely post up that information and in the meantime, continue to check the website for updates as well!

For the PA area, there is already the PA G-Squad but the more the merrier. Anyone is welcome to attend.

Good Luck with the club.

I'm sure you guys have read my replies to some of the other club posts. Just make sure that you PROTECT YOURSELVES from liability!!!

People don't usually mind paying for membership fees if they get MORE out of the club than the price of admission. Also, sponsors typically like to back clubs where liability is not an issue. You can't get liability insurance for a club that is not a business. You can't start a business without money. There's a vicious circle that I can explain in much more detail should you be interested (I've had to learn all of this the hard way) and would be more than happy to share what I've learned with you for free to save you the trouble of having to learn it the hard way yourselves.
