Yes it can be done.
Yes, it is fairly easy.
The hardest part is trimming the back plate on the rears. Get a good pair of tin snips at your local hardware store, and you're good to go.
My fronts aren't the OEM 6mt ones, I'm not sure what car they came off of (purchased on ebay). But I know that the 6mt brembos definitely fit. These pics aren't the best, but you'll get the idea.

Do you gotta change brake fluid for our normal DOT3? Do you have to change master cylinder, combination valve etc?? Do you know a difference between the stock 5AT brakes and the Brembos? Any other info would be helpful

No, you don't have to change the master cylinder.
I'm not sure what you mean by what's the difference between the brakes, aside from the obvious differences in piston #, size, etc.
You'll also need the bolts for mounting the rear calipers (different pitch between the 5AT and 6MT brakes).

Well, stopping power is pretty subjective. But the Brembos give you better confidence that you can have the car stop when you want and where you want (within the confines of physics).
Incidentally, I drove for about 10K miles with stock 5AT brakes, then changed the fronts to brembos, drove that for another 10K miles, then changed the rears to brembos. Car now has 27K miles. So I've had months of experience with both setups. The rears didn't make much of a difference, but the fronts did.
I also changed the fluid to Motul 600, the lines to Stoptech SS, the front rotors to drilled/slotted ones, and the rear rotors to 2-piece stoptech slotted ones, so it's not technically equivalent to the OEM 6MT setup.

Correct I have a 5AT w/ a brembo swap and while the stock coupe 17's and 18's fit the 16inch spare will not fit. I learned this the hard way, I was however lucky enough to find someone on this site to sell me his 6mt 17inch spare very cheap.
The brembos have a more linear feel to them they aren't as grabby as the 5AT brakes. The main reason to switch to bigger brakes (besides looks) is fade resistance. At the track the brembo's are better then the 5AT brakes after heavy use, the bigger rotor acts as a heat sink. I don't think your stopping distances will be much better , maybe a few feet. I just upgraded my stock rotors to 2 piece stoptech, I think this will make a bigger difference then anything (on the track)
