In most, if not all, states, the law is if not actually delivered to the buyer then the sale is not complete, therefore a refund is required.

i think everyone who replied seems to think it's kind of weird or funny that you would actually ask US if YOU should ask for a new one...

I found out my door was damaged and the side was repainted before I bought mine. I freaked out and made tons of posts and eventually they bought me a new one. Do not accept it.

You guys please keep your guard up, an open hand placed with the thumb against the nose, to keep from getting poked in the eyes!

Hey you got a couple people to take the bait good job. If your not joking, well then... hmmm how to say this politely... you shouldn't be driving a G, or even a car for that matter.
Again, you got a couple of us (crossing fingers).

Truck company will buy you a new one....or should I say the Insurance company for the truck company will buy you a new car. You have not accepted delivery of the vehicle so it was damaged while in the care (or lack of) the delivery company. No worries, you will be covered. Add in some "inconvenience" as a result of this and you should probably end up with more options in your new ride.
I seriously doubt this really happened but I'll play along. This would surely cost someone a job if it was real.
