when i think of 'girliness' in a car, AT in a sports/y cars come to my mind, not the color

 

I am driving a white Sedan loaner today- I'm sorry but for my taste the white does nothing for the sedan. The black sedan looks good.
In the coupe- well the coupe looks ok in all colors but in white is does nothing for me unless there is a kit on it. I love the contrast between the darker coloors and the wheels. My vote is for black. I have owned at least one black for for the past 15 years. When kept up nothing beats it.

if the Infiniti black had some pearl in it like my old Prelude did I would go with black but with just the plain black IP wins. At dusk it's close but even just off the showroom floor black just doesn't look good in the sun.

The only color I would consider other than blue is black. I would hate to be just another girl with IP, nothing against the color.

 

IP!!! i made 4 of my friends buy pearl white cars, all of them comming from a black car. love it when im done waxing my car around 6pm the glare looks so nice, The pearls stick out so much.

 

Black always shines up nice and, typically, presents a more sinister look.

I find it funny that all of these black-G owners are dissin' the IP so bad. Listen, we understand that you accepted harder maintenance and higher heat so you could have a mean-looking ride and a better reflection. This clearly makes you manly, so relax. There's no need for you to try to elevate your masculinity beyond what it is by denouncing the IP as a girly color.

It's ok to have appreciation for something that you don't prefer. It doesn't make you any less manly... ...but the opposite hardly makes you any more manly. FWIW, out of the 4 G coupes I've seen in this small town, only one is owned by a girl. She drives the only black coupe here, and it's a 5AT at that. The fact that the IP drivers are all guys (3, myself included and likely the youngest at 33) who live in the desert of West Texas is not lost on me.
