my nuts fell off the truck
same thing happend to me a couple months ago. but the girl at the dealer said they were still in warrenty and she made me feel very comfortable with the whole process.
p.s.- oh and dish out the change and get the 2-day air, brown did alot for me, what can brown do for you!

Whats the deductible on your nuts? Im not sure if its beneficial to report it to your insurance or not. Just take the entire unit back to the dealership for a lube job. That should fix it.

I wouldn't trust a male mechanic with my nuts. They tend to have shaky hands, especially when working with the nuts cracker. Check to make sure they have a female CNE (Certified Nuts Examiner). They might charge you extra, but it's worth the money IMO.
