South Jersey here, I paid 2.17 for 93 and In new jersey they pump the gas for you so you don't even have to get out of the car. I pay for my gas with my Citi Bank Divinds credit card and I get a 5% cash back on all gas purchases. So at 2.17 a gal i save about 11 cents per gallon.

I filled up this morning in So. O.C. $2.79/gal for 91!! by early summer it will be over $3/gal!
I don't care what it cost just give me all the Gas I need I lived thru the Oil Embargo of 1974! I remember getting in line at 4 am for my 10/gal and by the time it was my turn No More Gas for the Day!!

"Analysts say that prices are likely to climb higher by summer.
"I don't know if there's any end in sight," said Carol Thorp, spokeswoman at the Auto Club. "There's ample supply to meet demand, but there is also a huge amount of speculation on the oil markets and there is a lot of profit-taking among the oil companies."
Michael Shames, executive director of UCAN, projected that prices could top $2.70 a gallon this summer.
"We could be in for a prolonged hemorrhaging of dollars, not only out of consumers' pockets but away from the state," he said. "We have to address the question of what we are going to do about all the cash being siphoned out of the economy that's never going to come back to the state."
In a letter yesterday, Shames asked Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger to take several steps to stabilize prices, such as declaring a state of emergency in order to expedite energy-related legislation and launching an investigation into whether there has been excessive profit-taking.
"The bulk of the price increases are due to greed, a lack of competition, and enormous profit-taking activities at the refinery level," Shames wrote. "California refineries are feasting at the expense of consumers. Oil prices are high, but the increased cost of gasoline is largely due to gouging at the refinery and retail levels."

Yeah, I just paid over $3.00 a gallon here in the Bay (SF Area) for 91.
Once this rain clears up, I will be riding my Motorcycle to work more often. You cant beat 40mpg via 91 with my R6, rather than 17mpg via 91 with the G.
Bottom Line is that no matter how high gas prices go, we will for the most part still pay to drive the cars we want.

I was pumping gas the other day I had a little under 1/4 tank left. So I'm watching the price go up while pumping $28 $29 $30 $31 I finally stopped pumping it myself at $33 because It didn't stop on it's own and was pissed that it still wasn't full. But that's life I guess I'll still drive it no matter if it goes to $4 a gallon haha
According to CNN there are predictions that prices will double by summer. Experts predict that a barrel of oil will hit $105...YIKES!!! Damn I have to look for a job closer to my house so I can start using my bike instead.
ouch! im paying $2.39 a gallong right night, here in Orlando, FL. what sucks is that my job is 20 away from my apartment. so thats 40 miles to just drive to and from work each day. i usually work 5 days a week. i might have to stop going to work or stop driving...these prices are ridiculous!
