My G is a weekend/nice weather only ride. I've had it for a couple of weeks and so far it has just sat in the garage waiting for a sunny day. I am going to drive the crap out of it until it is broken in, then I'll chill out a bit.

Gwillikers: Not nearly enough since I got my G.

I live in south Texas - Corpus Christi to be exact. Everything here is within a small area - no kidding. I can be anywhere in the city here within 15 minutes, if I catch lights. My work commute is 11 miles 1 way - with about 5 lights before I get on the highway.
Hey, I just moved from Corpus Christi to the East Coast. I was there for about 4 years. I used to ride streetbikes with a group of guys that met at Sonic every Wednesday/Friday night. I know the area well. I lived on Saratoga blvd and used to love the drive along Ocean Ave. I sure miss Whataburgers!

Getting past the break-in period is like getting to 21 years old. After that, you just want it to slow down.

Did you get past break-in already? I know we got our cars pretty much at the same time.. Haha good analogy with turning 21

I only drive 8-9,000/year (my 05 is just over a month old and it has about 750 miles, although I'll put on about 2,500 in the next 2 weeks). That's a bit of change as I used to drive 65 miles a day just to and from work.
