Nose mask for coupe with aero/chin spoiler.
Nose mask for coupe with aero/chin spoiler.
Are there any distributors out there that manufacture nose masks for the Coupe that will fit over the front end if you have the chin spoiler installed? I just receieved a reply email from the local Infiniti dealer here in Austin, and the parts guy stated that the Inf brand mask will NOT fit over the spoiler.
The Colgan bras fit over the oem front lip. They are tight but they are marketed to be compliant. I bought mine from a guy who runs a shop out in the midwest. I can't recall his Id but it is Jim as I recall if he's listening out there. Good service and you should speak with him.
1) no clear bra because I've driven mine for since I bought it without a bra. Not only is there no point in it now (chips are already there), but I don't really care for how they look up close. The "regular black bra" would only be used when I go on extended drives/some of the Stampede drives we do in the "South" group.... where chips are most prone to happen because of the high speeds and back roads... then taken off. Actually, I don't think the clear bra will really hold up to the damage that some of the roads we drive on cause anyways.
2) The price quoted from Austin Infiniti for the bra that will fit a coupe without the chin spoiler is $128 USD.
3) G35C2B, you wouldn't happen to have any pics of your Colgan on the car, would you? I'd like to get an idea of how much area they cover. I'll do a web search for "Colgan" and see what I can turn up. Thanks for the info.
