It doesn't matter if the car is throttle by wire, or not. The pedals are physically connected to the car, therefore they will pick up some amount of vibration. For example, when my a/c is on I can feel it through both my clutch and my accelerator.

Agreed. No question, all three pedals will pick up some ambient vibrations through their connection points. So will the steering wheel and the seats. I guess my point was that any engine or transmission vibrations felt in a throttle-by-wire accel. pedal or a hydraulic clutch pedal are very indirect vibrations from a mixed bag of sources (like A/C) - hardly something you can use to diagnose a problem, as was implied by scorcher's question.
