What can I expect tomorrow in regards to doc fees? We've already agreed how much I'll pay over invoice, which includes the destination fee. Are they going to try and stick me with a doc fee or any other fee, if so did you have to pay it, or get out of it?

I guess I don't have an answer but would like to know this too since I am going there soon.

I bought a 2004 model there last week. I did pay doc fees but don't remember the exact amount. Something like $25 I believe.

There is always a doc fee and it all depends on the dealership on what they ask for. Customers can not negotiate the doc fee it is the same amount for everyone who walks in the door. I payed alot for my doc fee, but there was no way around it. Total bull **** if you ask me. Just another fee to pad their profits. What can you do. I tried negotiating with the manager of the place and didnt work. I asked him about 3 times and wouldnt budge.

I believe that there is a "recommended" doc fee from Infiniti, which is like $150 usd. Personally, I am going to pay about double that for doc fees for my sedan, but everyone I talked to that bought at that dealer said they paid the same for doc fees...

FWIW, the price was still at least $500 usd less then the other area dealers (OTD, Boston area)

meh...Gil McDaniel is the reason why I chose *NOT* to buy from Grubbs unfortunately. He was arrogant on the phone when i was asking questions two years ago. I know the coupes were in high demand, but that was no reason to have treated me badly. sorry to rant...

Why not just call and ask how much the documentation fees are?

I am talking to Gil right now about buyin an 05. He was pretty nice to me I guess.

The only reason why I am talking to them is because of their military discounts. Does anyone know anywhere else that offers the same deal? They don't have my color is stock.
