Oil on Passenger window

This is only my 3rd week of having this car and now that its getting hotter here in california i want to have the windows open. Yesterday when i opened my windows i noticed that after i put them up the passenger side window has a streak of something that kinda looked like oil, i made an appointment at the dealer but i was wondering if anyone else was having this kind of problem. Any Help would be appreciated
