I ordered away for some things to put on my G and the damn thing still hasnt come yet, its been 2 weeks already.

i dont know is this normal? maybe im just over reacting?

has anyone ordered away for something from that site? if so, how long did it take for it to arrive.

they dont even give you a tracking # so i can track the damn thing

im kind of new to this online ordering stuff

 

you should have gotten a order # .... just call the 1800 # or email them with the # and they should give you all the answers ....

some things maybe on backorder .... i ordered my front lip from them and they shipped it to a local nissan dealership .... dont ask any questions why .... i waited 2 wks to find that they actually overnighted it .... so it was sitting there for 2 wks until i called them and found out what happened ...


anyways just call or email them .

oh yeah -- if you call them they will give you a tracking #

 

yeah, I have ordered a number of things, and their serive, delivery, etc is outstading.

Somethings end up backordered, and that is the nature of the beast.
They send an email when the item is shipped.
Your order number or if need be just call and give your name, they will look it up and tell you whats going on

To all the Canadian members here, what are your experiences with having to get stuff like clears, front chin spoilers, splash guards from the US? I hear good things about Grubbs and everythingG35.com ....any stories from Canadian members??...thx

 

I'd like to help but my stuff has been odered and then delivered to family in the US who returned home with my stuff.

I ordered stuff from Grubbs and got it shipped in Canada without any issue. Delivery was quick but Customs was expensive, as it is usually when the Carrier is UPS.

 

Justin helped me out with my parts and everything was on time.. very good service.

 

have ordered different thing from them and the service has been outstanding.

 

I havnt personally ordered anything from them yet, but my girlfriend ordered the Skyline doorsills and Skyline trunk logo from them (gotta love her). The order was very late, but that was due to back order problems i think. From what she told me, they had good service. Also, incase you cared, you get a free "Everything G35" t-shirt! haha
