Over the Coupe, I like coupe looks better. But yeah IS is better looking than the sedan IMO. Performancewize and feel... we just have to wait.

I got a 05 6MT for 37.6 OTD with premium and splash guards.. at 7.5% tax.

I am pretty sure the 40k Number everybody is talking about is before taxes..

i HONESTLY doubt that we'll be seeing the IS350 for under 40K OTD.
That is where my hook up comes in to play..... So you think 35 OTD for bare bones is doable? Still kinda pricey for me. Just getting some clarification.

Perhaps it's time to start thinking used.
Looking that way now. Is 29500 b4 tt+l a good price for a 04 with 20K on the dial. Has premium pkg.

What do you mean overpriced.... I am so sick and tired of people complaining about the prices on the G's. You arent buying a honda, or a toyota, you are getting an INFINITI, a LUXURY SPORTS COUPE. You wouldnt think twice about paying 40k+ for a lexus which is also a japanese car company and which is in my opinion an overpriced toyota. All im saying is to give the G some respect. You get what you pay for....ask any g owner, most of them will tell you they made the right decision about their car and have no regrets whatsoever.

Not to offend anyone, but I think the pricing should just be closer to invoice considering it has been out for 3+yrs. That's all.

That makes no sense. It's supply and demand that drives the price. For instance, the prices vary in different parts of the country based upon relative demand (and Canada too). It doesn't sound like the G35 is the car for you, IMO. Have you looked at the Solara?

Well, I got my car for 37.6 OTD in southern california where it's next to impossible to strike any deal on a 6MT.

So 37.6 you subtract about 300 dollars in misc fees, that puts us at 37.3

Divide that by Orange County sales tax of 7.5% and you end up with 34.6K
This is with about 2600 dollars worth of options (premium and splash guards and trunk mat). So basically i would have gotten the car bare bones for 32K before tags and taxes.

In my honest opinion, i think the IS350 will be easily over 40K OTD.

I agree, I ordered mine for 34 out the door and I'm definitely not missing the BLOSE system nor the HOMELINK mirror.
