I have been waiting to buy an 05 G35 coupe for a while now, but think it still may be a month or two before I can get one, which makes me wonder when the 06 model will be out. I would hate to buy an 05 like a month or two before the 06 model arrives. Does anyone have any idea when the 06's should start to arrive here? Thanks.

when i visited my local infiniti dealership last month, i asked them when the 2006 models are coming out. the salesman told me that you can start ordering them in july and they sould get here around october.

Well there are advantages too...
depends on your situation.

You can get some kick *** deals if you can find something on the lot....
But if it's an order in ... then yah maybe '06 would be best.

I think '05 production ends in June. so orders after that should snag you an '06.
The problem is you will not be in a power position to negotiate a good deal at that point.

I'd wait until late October, then buy an '05.

It's human nature to always want the latest and greatest, but you have to buy the car at some point. By the time you get an '06, you'll be saying "what if I wait for an '07".

Get the car and be done with it! The '05s are great.

That's the same arguments 2003 and 2004 owners used last year to potential 2005 purchaser. It's funny to see 2005 owners now use it .

I've been reading this forum since the g35 first came out (my 1st post cause I lost my other account password). I like it alot but I'm not ready to give up my present car yet. The g35 will have to do something major to make me take the plunge. Might wait for the redesign since there is way to many G35 in my city anyways.

i hope they use the intellegent key on the 06 coupe...i hate having the same key fob as an Altima....

if you are going to wait and get the 06, you may as well get a good deal on the 05...i doubt the changes will be worth the money you would save...
