2005 G35 Coupe Key

Can someone show me a pic of the key and the keyless entry system for the 05... I saw the 05 Sedan Intelligent Key... I love its design, is the Coupe keyless entry the same?

I wish the intelligent key came with the coupe as well, that would be awesome. Would probably jack the price up a bit too, but hey whos counting lol.

I think he means those alarms with pagers. Like if your alarm goes off, it sends a signal to your remote with a screen so your remote will beep. It can also show if a window was broken or what door is open.

but i am not sure.

is it possible to modify the sedan one to work with the coupe key? Anyone have the two keys they can open up and take a look at the internals. I can't imagine they are that different. From the pictures above it looks like the board of the coupe may fit in the sedan with minor shaving around the side. Any help from people

could be possible but i doubt it... only way would be to swap internals if they even fit and correspond with the sedan buttons... i'm not sure how big the sedan keyfob is though... yea too bad the coupe doesn't have the intelligent key system.

i installed an aftermarket 2 way pager alarm so i don't use the ugly OEM keyfobs..

The intelligent key is a completely different animal. It has to be built into the car from the factory. I had one on a loaner and it is very cool. You do not have to press any button to get in the car it senses the key fob is close and there is a small button on the handle and the door opens. To start the car you just have to have it in your pocket and turn the ignition. I asked the service manager and he did not know if it would be available on the coupe. just the sedan and the FX.
