How to choose a body shop

Hi All,

Unfortunately it appears that some @#$% dropped something on my car while in the parking lot (and no the bastage didnt leave a note) . I now have 3 separate 3-4" scratches and a small, shallow dent (looks like it can be popped out) on the upper rear quarter (near the rear window) on my silver 2003.5 6mt.

My question is: Does anyone have any advice on how to select a body repair shop that will be able to blend the paint?

Thanks!!!

you may not need to paint it....call the dealer and see who they recommend as far as a body shop....then call the Lexus dealer and see who they recommend...then, if you haven't chosen one already, check the yellow pages....but no matter where you go, check into PDR (paintless dent removal) first. the scratches may be able to be polished or buffed out....if so, then try the PDR method...it's much cheaper and you don't have to paint, remove glass, trim, bumper, tail lamp, rocker mldg (side skirt), etc....good luck..
