solo s2 is too quiet

hey everyone i just recently got an 05 coupe and i lovee it. anyways i have a solo s2 radar detector and i have had it for about a year. it worked wonders with my old car, my only complaint is that it can be too quiet. when i am rocking out to my music (especially during the day) i cant see the screen light up and i cant hear the little beep. is there any way to make it override my stereo or to make it much louder so i can be warned even with loud music on. thankss!

Do you have the S2 programmed to the Extremely Loud setting?

There actually is a setting that you can program it to that is louder than the normal setting.

i wired my Radar detector to be right next to my rear view mirror so even if my music is really loud it still catches my eye. but its in a spot that it doesnt bother me driving
