This is a trick question right??? Does it make a difference...Have you ever seen Sun damage. Factory paint is already fragile enough. Enough rain and sun will fade your car quicker than buffing it with windex. May I add Dark colors (black and blue) fade faster. Red is also a bad color to leave out in the elements.

I was just thinking....What do you do when you only have a 2 car garage and 3 babys fighting for space. My Coupe and my wifes (baby) Toyota Highlander man the garage for now. I have a 1998 Dodge Avenger sitting outside. Here's my issue. I got an M35 Sport on the way. There is no way my G is sitting outside. But the babymobile is loved and they (wife and daughter) don't like getting wet in the morning if its raining or cold in the winter. Somethings gotta go. Buying a house with a 3rd garage is not an option. How can I smooth it over with the Mrs. and persuade her to put the Highlander out in the cold? :- ) HELP!!!

Thumbs up well.........

Yes of course!!! My G finally arrived last weekend (ordered 1/14/05). It's been in the garage ever since. Only been out for test drives. Haven't even brought it to work. Not until I get clear bra and car cover.

No offense, fella, but if you own a garage, the wife and kid deserve to benefit from it as well. If you've got enough money to get all 4 of those cars, then you should be able to spring for a car cover and/or a carport of some kind.

Oops, I forgot to answer the question...

My G and my fiance's '04 CLK 320 share the 2-car garage.

You know...I thought about a car cover but I make the rule...and the rule state the 2 newest cars get the garage space. My wife will probably drive the M some days during the summer and it not that cold so going out to the driway isn't that much of a big deal. In winter however...She's not driving my Sport Sedan with rear wheel drive around here in the DC Metro area. I'll shop around for a Highlander car cover...

Always garaged, away from the elements and prying hands....

If I had no garage, I'd buy a cover for her.

Meh, I like knowing that my wife and daughters can get into their car unmolested. I guess I'm a 50/50% relationship guy, not a "I make the rules" guy. Whatever works for you.

Parked in the driveway outside. Saving up for a house with a garage!

I am there protection...they leave before me in the am...Besides...I'm not a cave man. The Infiniti's are the logical answer to get the garage space. Luckily I have an understanding wife who nows that a 47k Sedan should be parked inside and not a 30k truck thats not 4 years old. Besides, the M was her idea...she wants that DVD Player for the 4 year old. Who am I to deny.

Hey, if she's in on it, do it.
I've always found that keeping the little woman happy is conducive to general peace in the household. I like peace...

The answer is a 4 car garage! Here is a pic, along with my just washed/waxed G...So far due to junk in our garages, I can only put one car in each...
