Leather spotting please help

Well my leather seems to be spotting after I condition it, I followed the directions carefully.. cool surface, sprayed on the towel not the leather, and all that yet it still seems to spot all over my dash.. only got 3000 miles on the car and can't say that its premature wear... any suggestions would be appreciated... it's such an eyesore right now.

It would help to know what you are putting on it and what color the leather is!

Oh sorry, yes it's Lexol cleaner and then the conditioner. It's a black interior.

yea the dash is made of leather, that's the part that's spotting, my guess is the heat from the sun is causing the spotting.

Update: I've talked to a detail shop and he says to recondition and let it sit overnight. Which I did and it's apparently holding it's color so far but ill have to see. But definately got to say looks alot better than before.
