Yeah, I would like to know whats the big differ with the G H-Tech vs. the Z H-Tech? Does anybody know if lowering your car will void the warranty? Or is it dealer specific? I'm riding on the stock 19", im sure if I do drop the car that I will need a camber kit correct?

FYI... learn from a veteran. I've got the same springs and if I could have done it all over again I would have bought the SPC rear camber arms and toe bolts for $219. Stating the facts: you have a RWD vehicle. The rear tires are going to wear out faster than the fronts (especially if you like to drive the vehicle on occasion). If your rear tires are set at nominal specs and your fronts are on the cutting edge of being within/just out side of camber spec limits your tires will wear more evenly. This means when you go to buy a new set of tires you'll be replacing all 4 at the same time rather than having 8K or so left on the fronts and having them worn pretty horribly on the inside.

Get the SPC rear arms and toe bolts, have them installed BEFORE you do your alignment. This will save you from doing the second alignment and will get you much more tread life out of your rear tires. YMMV

IS there a DIY for installing SPC Rear arm and toe bolt or should i take it to a shop?? When i go to get an alignment will they adjust the SPC rear arms and toe bolts to get it within specs??? Where is the best place to pick up the SPC rear arms and Toe bolts??? Thanks.....

You'll have to be your own judge about self install. I'd think the biggest reason to get yourself under the car and do it is to avoid the chance of a shop thinking a little bit of custom work is their lunch ticket, know what I mean.

You'll need to buy two kit's, ($215 total cost)

anyone have H techs installed on 05 with sports package? Anyone know what the springs rates are on the Z h-techs VS. OEM 05 sport package.

Thanks for the info!!!! Is there a DIY on the SPC Rear Arm install??? BTW the DIY Toe bolt install is great....looks easy.... i am going to do it myself...

2005 G35 coupe sport suspension (must have been delivered with oem 19's) oem spring rates
314/427

350Z H-tech's
Spring rates in lbs 358/375
Stiffer or softer then oem 2005 coupe sport suspension springs by
F+14% R-20%

Tein H-tech G35 coupe & sedan(fronts are progressive, rears are linear)
Spring rates in lbs 324/260
Stiffer or softer then oem 2005 coupe sport suspension springs by
F+ 5% R-39%

Oh just passing on a link to someone else's hard work, really Chad (protocav) deserves the credit.

To install the camber arms all you do is pull out each rear camber arm. Adjust each SPC arm to match the oem arm length and install them. Your alignment shop will fine tune them to get you in spec.
