ahh... but remember... the G only has a little 3.5 motor!
If the Japanese ever built a monter size motor like the domestics have here... just imagine how much HP would be squeezed out of it! and it will STILL have better gas mileage!!! hahaha!

remember ladys and gents....the G which won the race...had an injen cai......I swear by it....it makes the difference in a tight race
.....I lost twice in the same day first was an '04 cobra....didn't realize it wasn't a normal GT until I got a real good look at "cobra" engraved in the rear bumber....the super charger sounded like damn meat grinder
.....then I snuck up on at evo....at 70 mph(Iwas in 3rd at 4500rpm)I jumped on him....then he highjacked me from 75 to 100.....the guy told me he is running 25psi....don't know if its normal....but from 70 mph an evo ain't supposed to pull away that hard.

sad to say, but my custom el camino with a 325hp(rough estimate)350v8 will pull away from my g!
it'll turn low 13's all day long. but that doesnt mean i wont enjoy trying to make my G preform better. but when it comes to the curves...
you guys know, its like comparing apples to oranges.

Hmm, a new Mustang GT jumped on me as I was getting onto the highway, from 30mph we both gunned it up a big hill, I'd say even with the hill factor, I had about a car length on him by about ~85mph, then we shut it down. Just having a little fun, but I was suprised he didn't take me.

Can't beat the G for the all around package though!

Feels even better when you do it with "just a 4-banger".

And while the argument that there is "no replacement for displacement" is strong, if you can get the job done with a turbo AWD 4-cylinder that produces less HP/TQ than the muscle-bound opponent, then you've made the argument a moot point anyway.
Been there, done that!

And the AWD turbo 4 cylinder cars that were comparable to my Cobra in the 1/8 or 1/4...from anything other than a stop, they stood absolutely no chance. Then there are those very, and I mean very, few cars that can also run on the highway. But then it just comes back to the money point.

Yeah what he said.....How much time and how much money? My sons go-kart pulls harder than......ok bull****
Some Mustangs will rock you! A Cobra owner can drop $1500 for intake, exhaust and gut his cats to produce a whopping 450+rwhp <---NO JOKE--Zero to 60--4 seconds.. At the end of the day its still a Mustang and theres SOOO many on the road.
Ive owned both and I drive the G for a unique style, performance with reliability and refined luxury. To each his own....
