Angry grrrr so mad!

My first stone chip... half way up the hood on the passanger side... of course it had to miss the clear bra, stupid stones!!!!!!!

Makes me so MAD!!!
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR RRRRRRRRR!

sorry had to vent

Whats the best way to "hide" it? Repainting the hood for one chip is out of the question, but anyone got any 'tricks' on how to make them less noticeable? All my previous experiences with touch-up paint have been bad and just make it more noticeable imo.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I use a touch up PEN. Just like a sharpie but for cars.. I works great. I just color it in, and apply 2-3 coats, then wax/buff it.

Clean the area, and touch it up with a touch up pen. After that to remove the left over "blob" of paint from touching up, use Langka to smooth out the excess paint. I personally use this system for all my rock chips, and it works great.

the first rock hit me during my first weekend drive on my G35C last year.
made a nice indent on my front bumper near the lip. f-king dump truck
with crap on their tires kicked up a rock while it drove by in the opposite
direction. I couldn't dodge it cause it was a 2 lane road in the woods.

I took a huge hit right in the middle of the windshield. It was right in my line of sight.

This happened about 3 weeks after I got the car.

I hate to **** on your parade but you will get alot of stone chips where the clear bra is not. I only drive my car in spring/summer/fall and I am still racking up chips. THE PAINT SUCKS PERIOD!

Is it a circular chip or a scrape? If it's a scrape is it down to primer/metal.

Either way if it's bad try this
