The car year starts in September for most manufacturers. As far as I know the G35s have always been released in September, although the 05 6mts were delayed a bit this year.

 

Confirmed by dealer today as I went to lay down some cash for the 05.

1.) 06 cars are not in production till late Oct and there will be no changes
2.) as for the intelli key the dealer said he has no clue. There might or might not be one.
3.) I can't wait to get my G soon

 

Why would the redesign be in 07? -_- The car was released in 2003...it has only been 2 years into its lifespan. Redesign for the 3-series came after 6 years (99-05) and IS300 was 5 years (01-05). The G35 is on its 3rd year and in 07 will be on its 5th year. The earliest the redesign will come is 08 or 09

 

The redsign wount be a year after the Skyline is introduced, I really doubt they would redisign the G and Introduce the Skyline the same year

 

You can't tell when a Japanese car is going to get redesigned based on BMW. They did not redo the M3s in 99', they're not doing it w/ the other 3s now, and they probably never will. Every company comes out with what it has to, to stay in businesss. What does that have to do with Infiniti.

 

Well they all tend to follow suit. You can count on later than sooner, given the success of this car. They aren't going to make huge chages even in a complete redesign, until sales start to fall.

I think the redesign in '08 '09 will look ALOT like our G's know, w/ mayor tech features and upgrades.

 

I don't know why they would change anything. The G35C is really good looking, especially with the 2005 changes. Only problem I have is trying to drive with all those good looking women throwing their panties on my windshield.

 

actually I can see more improvements needed.

1. Give us back the brembo
2. For god sake memory seat at least for the driver in the coupe
3. auto tilt rear mirror when backing up

 

A model that is redesigned numerous times causes the earlier models to lose their value. This in turn leads to cars not holding their value, which nobody wants. Would you guys buy knowing that its value was going to drop tremendously? I DOUBT that Infiniti will redesign the car in '07. They haven't been out too long, and they're selling like crazy right now... Theres NO need to change them.

 

As you can tell, the only thing known for sure about the 2006 coupes is that nobody talking knows anything, and anybody who knows something isn't talking.

It's all a rumor, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HEARD IT FROM THE DEALER, until something is officially released by Nissan Motors or Infiniti.
