I got punk'd.

What would you do if you came back to the parking deck and found this?!

So, I'm in Houston for a wedding. I've left my car all alone on the 3rd floor, very back corner, and slightly over the line (in a non-parking spot). My friends found this pretty humorous, the degree to which I had parked away from all over cars. So... I come back to this.

Most people who know me didnt think I would handle this well. But really, I was *truly* punk'd.. I had to laugh. I actually found it funny. I found out later he used spotters. Now of course if something had happened, that wouldnt have been a good day. But, man... they really got me.

So the friend I'm riding with in the Element decides to 'keep it realer' and returns the favor.

Keep in mind, we're all a bit older and these are guys I would trust, so I could laugh it off.. but there was that split second where all sorts of evil thoughts filled my head.. :D

GRider35c May 18, 2005 02:49 AM

A Riot! Very Clever!

Same exact thing happened to me a while back. A buddie of mine who is on the Alex Job Racing Team just got back from a race (apparently all of the guys really mess w/ each other a lot on the team) so I leave work on a Monday afternoon and I have a Chevy Silverado parked within an inch from my door. I was no where near the line like you were (thank God for curbs with large parking spots) but the humor of having to climb my old butt over the seats from the passenger side... :D.

I feel for you.

Not funny to me....and If the guy had touched my car at all he would've came back to his nissan with a freshly keyed car. Not funny at all. Besides...you live out of town...they would've never found you. Jokes on them.

If it's someone you know then, yeah, it's all in good fun.

Along the same lines, there's an asswipe where I work (same office building different company) who has a big truck that is essentially too big for the size of the closest parking stalls. So he intentially parks right up against the white line hoping that nobody will park next to him. My buddy has a beater car that he drives to work and he always does exactly what you've shown in the pictures above. After two times, the guy no longer parks up close--message received ;)

thats a good one, but i would still have knocked em out for doing it. Never get that close to a G even if its on purpose.

I would use my automatic windows down with the keyless entry walk up that dudes hood making sure to spit twice and stomp along the way, then get in my G dukes of hazard style.

LMAO... too funny!

Same thing happen to me when I first bought my car 2 years ago some jerk off from my job that I didn’t even know parked just as close......I controlled my temper cause it was a co-worker..... I was pissed I had to go in through the passenger side.

It wasn’t like there were no parking spots either there was at least 20-30 open spots just this spot was about 15-20 feet closer to the building entrance

+1.

Balzz May 18, 2005 09:45 AM

That's comedy!!! I'd be pissed if it was a stranger who did it though.

If it's a buddy, then he would understand me letting the air out of his tires.
