How much do you still owe on your G?

I still owe 12k and it's only been a year.. should i pay it off or drag it so i could build my credit?

$0. Paid it off as soon as I found out I was transferring. Don't need the income/debt when house shopping.

should you pay it off? well, that depends on your interest rate. If you have 3% or so, then you *might* be able to invest that money and make more than 3%. It shouldnt be that hard to do.

paid cash. well, me and my dad, 50-50. i paid him off, though. why pay Uncle Sam, when you can pay your dad?

i have 7K left on it after 7 months of payments.... Only reason I did this is to fix my credit.... I need 12 months of on time payments & my credit will jump a 100 points
