BTW don't most of you change your blades every 6months to a year anyways? With the weather here in Chicago, I change mine after every winter and sometimes before...

I've got the PIAA blades on my sedan. I'm not impressed.

YOu guys should try wipers by Rain-X, have them on the CL-S right now and they work awesome. I've only had them on for about 3 months now so I don't know about the longevity, but they are quiet and do an amazing job. I think I got them for like $10 at Walmart.

I've also tried Bosch micro excel blades in the past on a different car and they sucked. They started streaking after about a month of usage. The OEM wiper blades were much better and lasted 1.5 years (not much rain where I live).

Does anyone know what the OEM Nissan blades are? I doubt Nissan manufactures them themselves, they might be marketed under another brand.

Yea I wonder who makes the OEM blades? Hmmm might spring for the Rainx maybe now? The Micro Edge are working ok on my car so far...

BTW all of you who complain about their blades going "bad", you ever clean ur blades? Just wondering...

I always have wipers that are a problem, it seems. The OEM have been good since Oct. and about 7000 miles. It may be the things in the air that do them in-acid in the rain, bird droppings, sap and pollen, etc-just a guess. I don't know what I'll get next.

these work real well...all though I haven't tried them on the G, I have them on my other car, and so far they have worked great. Let's see what a few months does to them.

BTW....got them at PepBoys.

Try cleaning the ruber blade once a month. They may last twice a long. ( put some alcohole on a rag and whipe them down ). I do this and they last well over a year.

Or you could put some of the weatherstripping stuff on it as well. This will also preserve them.

I do, each time I wash the car, I clean them and put protectant on them. I just think Bosch blades are not made as well as the were.
