Nismo Ground Wires

Just a question, but on ebay they are selling "Nismo ground wires". Whats the catch of these things. Are they fake, not all inclusive of something. Any info would help. Here's the link>>>>

I wouldnt do it bro, those are baciacally speaker wires. If you're doin a ground wire set get the HKS or pivot, I heard extremly good things about those 2.
