Anyone here ever deal with MP3player.com's service?
These guys are the biggest joke ever. They rarely respond to emails, and thiers calls are 25 minues, 20 of which are spent on hold....that is if thier only 800 number isnt busy....why get an 800 number if you only have one line. They suck. They have been promising me an item for a month now which they claim to be on "back order" and every week they say it'll be here the next. So I asked for my "prioirty shipping" to be rufended and went through 10 emails and 5 phone calls, and they agreed, and yet nothing came back, depsite them saying 4 days.....then the next time I asked where is my credit they said manager will handle it, it will show up in 3 days. They were real quick to charge my credit card when I ordered my DVD player, so I don't get it....wtf is wrong with these bitches?
