7K is a steep price to pay for the swap just after 3800 miles. I hope you picked up the tab although you said you were still in school. I couldn't imagine losing 7k not to mention while being a student with limited income. Either way, enjoy the ride. Same color combo I got!

Well I said school, but I mean University. When I 1st got the Silver one, I slept on the floor of my apartment for 1 week till I had money to buy a cushion, then a bed lol! Car came first, food, and confort next. Thats how things work around here... now with this, yes I admit 7k $ for turning in a 3.8k car is quite a lot... but considering how much other people spend on rims tires and upgrades... I think its worth it (not to mention, Love has no price tag). Besides, its not like I turned in the 04 as a Virgin... you can see how worn the tires are.

It was faster than I expected... I ordered it 3 to 4 weeks ago. I read in other threads that people are waiting over 6 weeks and still not getting em... Glad Im not one of those... I didnt even rush it as I already had a G then. I told them that they could take their time, but it came really fast.

Don't you worry, I practice safe sex... that doesnt mean you can't get wild though... it just means you gotta do your stuff well so you dont get caught.

^ I got lucky though... I asked them to locate either a Brillant Silver or a Black one. The guy told me he searched for the Silver up to July and nothing showed up. Black was what I really wanted anyway... I just didnt want to sound too "into one and only one" as they use that against you when negociation starts.

 

Get a clear bra on your woman ASAP. Black will show chips like crazy. Alan Seligman from Lake Mary (north edge of Orlando) will do you right with a clear bra.

I think the million dollar question is....

Where the hell do you work to be ~20-21 years old, going to college at FIT (25k a year), and be able to take a 7k dollar loss on a near 40k dollar vehicle simply because it had 45 miles on it?

I think I need to find a new job or something....

Not only cuz it had 45 miles on it... the interior of the 05 is more livable with. If you read well, you will see that Im keeping this one forever now. Another thing, being an international student wanting to live in the US, I need to build credit and I was accepted as I am putting 31k down (trade in) plus 1k that I paid the dealer so now I only owe 6k which will be payed in 3 years. That is 200$ a month and I get 400$ a month from Uni, and ppl owe me 5k$ so in 1 year, Ill be done with this for sure. I can always sell stuff in case I decide to finish up the thing faster (once I have established credit or if I need extra money for the car). The thing is, its not that I can afford 7k anytime... Thing is, I can eat every other day, cancel my cell phone and get my deposite back, cancel my credit card and get my deposit back, heck I'd clean toilets if that's what it'd take, but this I only do for my car, for nothing else.

 

how much was your car, how much did you get for a trade in. i have a 2003 coupe in pristine condition with exactly 15K miles. 6MT might i add..brilliant silver . I want a 2005 6MT black one as well. Just want to know the details of your purchase.
