What fun would that be. Half the fun of mods is actually modding. I think that would be boring as *** to buy an already modded car.

Why would we attack someone who bought that car and joined this forum? That seems silly.

by the way the numbers on the car are real, i have dyno slips for 289whp and 277 wtq. i ran the car 4 times, 13.2 (bad launch) 12.91, 12.88, 12.94, reaction was a 508 light (500 = perfect).
i did pay 46k or so for the car, negative equity, ever hear of it. inn two weeks the car will be in vegas at the mgm if you want come see for yourself, if its not sold yet, and yes the reserve is at 50k.
negative equity yeah sure.....and you did it again.....you modify the car de-valuing it even further.....and expect somone to pay for your mistakes....you'd have a better chance selling it at 30k....take the proceeds to the crap table buy a six and eight for 12k each...

I think with slicks and an experienced driver you can hit 12's without the stroker kit, higher compression and higher redline.

I personally saw a G35 run 13.6 with slicks, tilton street assembly, plenum, and intake. I was going to pursue a 12 second pass n/a but now I'm looking for an 11 second pass FI.
hey, I was just designing my desired NA 12 second car....I'm sure it wouldn't take that much....but I am 260lbs....I think I need to start with the stroker kit ($7000) with 11.5 :1 pistons....the engine would make a minimum of 380hp at the crank......I bet it would hurt alot of FI G's runing less than 9 psi

If that car is indeed running 12 seconds, he is lucky all that power is not blowing the welds on his intake manifold

You think his exhaust gases catch colored fire when he launches?

you guys on here make me laugh. you guys dont know your ******* from your elbow. all you people who claimed to talked to me at modified are full of ****. i have built and sold more cars than all of you put together will ever own. furthermore, if you want to view time slips or dyno numbers or receipts let me know. yes its a 12s second car, no the dyno number of 265 are not correct, yes the kit is real, etc, etc... as far as the lease goes, pure economics, and yes the warranty is intact. you deriliect *******s can email me with any questions, or want to learn something, like how to drive, or build a real car, or win a show, etc....
later ***s
I totally missed this until Randy directed my attention to the thread. So he has no camshafts listed. He has no pistons listed. Where are his upgraded rods, valve springs, and retainers? I don't see a fuel management system or ECU upgrade in his list. He claims to have listed everything, so I'd love to know how, without an upgraded ECU, fuel management, 11.5:1 compression, upgraded duration and lift, this douchebag is running 12s. How is he handling the power without a drivetrain built for abuse and intensely upgraded power delivery? How is this car handling launching without front and rear sway bars, nevermind camber links and traction rods? And how, if this guy is such a great driver, is he not rocking a short shift kit to nail the shifts properly in order to hit 12s? Now, I know that the PS2 delivers about 23HP to the wheels, and that 5% tint is good for a 5% increase in horsepower and torque, and that vertical doors are good for..well, those aren't good for anything. I think we all know that with the compression ratio and cam grind necessary for a naturally-aspirated G35 to hit 12s this thing is not going to *ahem* "purrr on the street". And who the hell sells a car, claiming performance, and doesn't include detailed pics of the engine?

So...This douchebag is coming to Vegas. He's going to roll into my city with his crap car and depreciate the value of the MGM. I do believe my friends and I are going to have to roll up and grill this jackass. That, and I think he needs to be brought down a notch. I don't care for his attitude much.

*laugh* Uh, guys... let's keep it *hahaah* civil in here. After all, we're here to foster a *snort* positive community for car enthusiasts who...

Oh screw it, I have to have some fun, and this thread's pretty funny. If someone's going to close it, he'll be a better man than I. It's times like this that I'm glad I live in Vegas. David and I will take pics at the MGM.

Not it's time to flame the idiot that paid $48K for that car. You can buy a brand new one and add all the same mods for a few grand less than that.
