I am looking to purchase a decent quality OBD II reader. Does anyone have experience with one or some suggestions?

Hey brother FF, I've got an EQUUS OBDII (Model 3100) which I find sufficient for my needs. It's relatively inexpensive and comprehensive enough for me.
