No he probably isn't, but he is right. You also seem to lack it as well for your post.

Anyone who is mature enough would know that isn't a mature response.

The bracket was removed..So, nothing is left in the original location. (I will get some pics up in the next few days) I put the controls below the seat for now...

Weight is not the issue..I am 6 feet, 190 pnds.

Anyway, enjoy your automatic sedan.
I am not flaming just trying to understand. How is this a length issue? It seems it would be more of a width issue. I am not 6 feet but close....5'10" and don't have this problem.

6'4", almost no body fat, all muscle - and yes those controls dig into my thighs. Wanna tell me to go to the gym? Do so while I am at the gym. If you have the cojones.

Back to the intelligent aspect of this thread... please do post pix of the process. I am very interested.

Thanks!

sometimes the controls really irritate me, other times they do not. it all depends on how i'm sitting in the seat. i've found that it only really bugs me when i'm sitting a little more biased toward the right of the seat (makes sense). simply getting out of the car and re-seating myself usually does the trick.

i did the "seat lowering mod" and that seemed to help a bit because my thighs are inclined a little bit more since my butt is lower.
