Yes There Is

To Biscotti Dont Say Anything On This Forum If Its Not True, There A Tire Monitring System On The G, I Have Just Switched To 19'' Aftermarket Wheels, And There Is Tps Monitoring System.

After Market Wheels
I am being told by the parts and sales departments that due to the pressure monitor, a kit is required if aftermarket wheels are to be used. They have told me that this feature cannot be disabled. This kit is 375.00 (Can) or about 230.00 US (per wheel).

I wonder what happens if this kit isn't used. I know the pressure monitor will not work without it but does that affect anything else? Anyone out there running after market wheels on the coupe yet? My 6MT is suppose to arrive in December and I need winter tires. I am not crazy about changing tires on these rims twice a year. I wanted to buy some cheap 18" winter wheels.
