I have a 2005 6MT with OEM 19" wheels. I was thinking of buying a set of 17 inch wheels with all-seasons or snow tires for use in the winter time. Anyone have any suggestions for wheel tire combos that will fit the 05 G35?

I don't have a 6MT but I do have the 19s with Sport Suspension... currently I'm using a set of stock 17s with Blizzak LM22s for the winter. If you're trying to save some cash you can get a set of 17s from Tirerack with tires already on them... I bought the 17s used from someone on the forums for $380 shipped and the tires cost like ~$800... I suggest you go the full snow tire route and not get all-seasons because you'll want the best snow traction you can get... unless you live in an area with a milder winter...

 

No, I put 18"s w. winter tires.

 

You can find a set of used 350Z wheels for about $300. Since winter is not for awile, look for a complete set. The 350Z wheels fit the 2005 coupe. I found a set of wheels with Blizzak tires for less then $700 shipped.
