Yuck, door ding, inconsiderate people....

Anybody have to repair a panel yet? Came out of work to find a nice hard door ding in my drivers side door. Paint scraped off. I will have to get an estimate to fix it, can't leave it like this. Car's only 3 weeks old, dammit. Question is if anyone has repaired a bigger than average door ding yet, repaint maybe. Wonder what it will cost, less than my deductible is my goal, keep it off insurance.

I got my first after only 1 week. Still pisses me off, that was the last time I parked near other cars....

Ah so now you see why I dont go to the movies/clubs/walmart on my G huh? If I ever saw a ding on my door, I probably would scream and pee my pants when trying not to kick every other car on the lot. Once calmed down a knotch, I'd realize my wet pants and walk home as to not mess my seats.

3 weeks old and you're already parking next to 'da common folks'? I still am paranoid about parking and try to park in the back 40 or an end spot.

If you have to park in a crowded lot, try to stay on the left side of the slot. Chances are, the car to your left will only have a driver, so there will be no passenger to open his door and ding you.

^ that theroy works well till some a$$hole in a yellow hummer comes and parks next to you... then you return to your car and see a Hummer and run to check for dmgs...

this happened to me... idiots in Hummers I swear! I checked my door and there was yellow paint. I went back home washed the area and looked at it from an angle... miraculously, no scratch, ding, no nothing... I guess he just touched it and the crappy cheap Hummer paint painted my ex-car.

or if its a nice car you can park on the driver side.. cause chances are the driver (owner of the car) will be careful about his car and not ding you.. but if you park on the passenger side.. the passenger (not the owner) doesnt give a shiet and will just own both cars..

I had a nice dent above the right rear wheel wheel. I was parked in front of a bar in Mass. I called Dent Wizard and they fixed it for $145 through a body shop. I had just minor paint damage but you cannot find any trace of it now.

Now that's better. That's what I'm talking about!

Did you kick her FOCKING window in for the fine gift she left you?

I kicked her window in and took a dump on her seat.

BTW, ABRA says PDR will work, $75.
