Driver-side seatbelt = :(

Anyon else annoyed with this #$%^ing thing? I feel like my neck/shoulder is being saw'd.. It's so damn high. Lol..

Yes, I've heard about the seatbelt mod.. switching the belt buckle latch with a passenger side one.. but damn, thats more $$$.

They make a extension that plugs into the latch and then has another latch unit thing on it and a few inches of seatbelt. I'm not sure who makes it but it solves the shoulder problem. It could be worth looking into as a cheap fix.

get one of those spiffy coverings that fit onto your seat belt... like a spongebob one! ... or if you wanna go conservative... get a normal colored one.

I thought it was just me with this problem. I'm glad I'm not the only one whose left side of his/her neck is red.

Yes, but that's not sufficient. I have my seat lowered all the way down so that doesn't help.. Plus, I'm only 5'9"..

I bought these devices in the auto dept at WalMart (after trying several others) and they work well; I don't remember what the name was... They clip onto the lap part of the belt and then you slide the shoulder part into a clip on the outside of the device so this changes the angle... The more to the left you slide the device, the farther the belt passes to the left of your neck. They come in sets of 2 so I installed one for the passenger side also.

These things ROCK!

Wow, I am glad I am not the only one who think the seat belt design sucks. I have tried every sitting position and it still cut right into my neck. Wonder what Infiniti will do when someone has his head cut off in an accident because of the seat belt? Don't laugh, it may just happens.
