For those who have had their car shipped
For those who have had their car shipped
How long does it take!!!!!
Yes I am anxious. I pretty much closed my deal on my car on June 1st with Grubbs. I was told that their shipping service would pick up my car that Thursday or Friday and it would be at my house in 7-10 days. Well it's now the 13th and my family think I'm crazy because every loud vehicle that drives by sends me to the blinds looking to see if the car is here.
Do you get any kind of notice of when they are coming or is there a way to track it with the VIN number? I have tried calling the dealer but I keep getting the answering machine and I'm tired of leaving messages.
I don't even care if they call me back I just want my car please!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've actually been waiting for this car for about 2+ years!!
I was going to buy one in 2003 but my wife's Mazda MX3 blew a timing belt and the engine froze. So we ending up buying her a Jeep Liberty and putting my dreams on hold.
So I finally save up money for a decent downpayment (after buying a high def tv I really needed that first) and ordered my G back in March. Waiting for it to get shipped over here for 2 months wasn't so bad.
But once they got my check and said that they would be shipping my car to me 2 weeks ago I've been going crazy. Now it's supposed to be a reality instead of just something I'm suppose to get.
I mean I have no idea when it's really going to get here. It could be tomorrow or the next or the next. I think it would be nice like on UPS or FEDEX or orders where you could at least see the status of the car. Come on they could at least call and say the car will be here in a few days instead of just leaving you hanging...........

Sorry to hear about the long wait. I just got mine last week. It was trucked from Shreveport, Louisiana to Midland, Texas where I'm at. It took about 9 hrs. The travel distance is about 500-600 miles I think. I hope this helps. I feel your pain, cause I couldn't sleep much the night before and was trippin' the afternoon my car was supposed to arrive. Take care.

It'll get there. Maybe not soon enough, but it'll get there.
