I used to be into that look, but I think I'm tired of it now. I now look at them more like 'grey-corners'... I'm sticking w/the stock lenses on this car b/c the amber gives the car more liveliness.

I'd like to get them, I'm but too lazy. If I do, my car won't be stock anymore...and what's the fun in having a car that isn't stock?

I was thinking about it at first, but decided to keep the amber ones.
just adds more color to my silver.

I just ordered clear for my BS color, but I do think amber looks nice on black cars (no other color).

Clear

I got my clears from Grubbs Performance, and I like them. It looks nice with a pearl or silvers. I also did it to make my car different from all the chicks that drive stock G coupes.
But actually since the blinker is orange, the side marker on this car is not too bad, but I'm glad I changed.

I would rate them in this order (for my car anyways):

1. 3/10 tinted clear side markers
2. stock
3. clear side markers

I really like the tinted, but it just looked out of place when it was fully clear,

Black cars look better with the stock ones.

It depends on color for me...

...but I generally prefer the OEM amber ones as well. I have no plans to change them on my IP coupe (especially since it's IP).

FWIW, I noticed several custom '55 Chevy Bel Air(s), about a year or more ago in various street rod mags, that were running clear blinker lenses. I think that's when I started to look at the mod a little differently.

But I have seen several coupes on here that look really good and are sporting clear corners, so...

I actually just ordered some clear corners, but I'm debating if I should have them smoked out tint like my tailights or if I should have them blue tint like my headlights. I also ordered the superbright LED's for the clear corners and also the clearance lights.

Color match them to your car. Then, it becomes a non issue. They just blend in to your car.
