Depends on what you consider HOT.
Most people see body kits and rims and think thats hot.
Other people think audio system or anything that is done under the hood is hot is all a matter of taste.

A HOT car to me is a Clean Look with most modifications done under the skin apart from a nice set of wheels and a slight drop.
