It depends what you're going to use your car for, mostly street, some track, or a lot of track. How important is comfort to you or your passengers, how important is performance, etc. Are you willing to sacrafice comfort for performance? How much performance do you need?

From what I understand, Flex is more adjustable than CS, and the CS damper comes equipped with "sound-proofing". Anyone out there who can confirm or correct this?

Flex uses high spring rate and dampers to match, street performance oriented.

CS uses softer spring rate and dampers t match and comes with
noise absorbing mounts for street comfort.

but imho, CS is still a little too high of a spring rate for my tastes especially
on 35 profile tires.

if your going to track your car I would go with the flexs if it just for daily driving then I would go with the CS's.... I have them on for about a year and love them except for when its really cold out I get lots of noises

ive got cs and its perfect for a significant improvement over stock. my G is my daily, but i still love to rip it around turns, and charge the occasional mountain road. ive sat in a car with flex with edfc and even on its softest setting, flex is pretty rough. as said above, flex is the way to go if you plan on tracking often.

neither.
checkout Silk Road : Section coilovers.
IMO, better in design, quality, and performance than TEIN, probably on par with HKS all the while being more affordable than them both.
Munky Wurks is one of their distributures, and is a downline of Intec Racing, one of the Main distributors for Silk Road.

^^^ just wanna be sure, but i as far as i know more people are happy with flexes since you could make them softer with EDFC then with CS, which is somewhat adjustable
