Anyone no of a good HAND CAR WASH in NYC or Northern NJ ????

I'm too scared to bring my new black G to one of those machine car washes in Manhattan. I live in an apartment building washing the car myself will be kinda difficult. I desperately need a Hand Wash but I don't want to spend $30 bucks for it (which is what the clowns on 46th street and 12th AVE told me).

Does anyone know of a reliable hand wash facility in New York City of Northern NJ?

There are a few good hand car washes in Staten Island. One called Tidy Auto is very good and is the one of the few places I bring my Black G.
There is also a place near Menlo Mall out in NJ that you can do you own car wash.

Heartland auto salon on Richmond Ave in Staten Island. Kinda expensive and it takes about 45-60 mins most of the time, but its well worth it!!!!!!!!

I have been to Tiddy Auto on Hylan too a few times. The only thing that isn't so great about them is the wait (one car at a time), and that they use crappy towels. I would recommend bringing your own towels for drying. That place in Menlo always looks empty, so it may be a good place to try.

I would suggest washing your car yourself if you have the time. Nobody will do a better job and pay more attention to detail than you. If you still need someone to wash it for you, come by my place on Saturday's or Sunday's, I wash religiously.

Thanks guys. I've found a place in Union NJ which is just outside the Lincoln Tunnel. I'm going to bring the G to them on Thursday. I'll let you guys know how it turns out.

In Mahwah, NJ/Suffern, NY on Franklin Turnpike there is a place called Beverly Hills Carwash. All washing by hand. Cost is $17.00 and they do interior, wheels, tires, and of course the exterior. They do a damn fine job. I go there when I am either too lazy, it's too cold or in today's case, too hot to even think of washing a car.

Anyone ever been to the Auto Spa on Route 9 right by Route 18 in Central, Monmouth NJ? My family always brings their cars there, and they do an absolutely fantastic job.

By the way, The G sounds great in the Lincoln Tunnel when you roll down the windows and gas it

this is the reason why I leave my car in second (depending on traffic)everything I am in a tunnel...just to hear the exhaust. All my friends love the sound
