For those who Took apart the Headunit.. How do u remove the top screw by the clock!??

I have a 2005. had everything taken off except for the screw holding the HU in near the clock. I tried takin it out but it was tight. and kind of stripped it..... i tried gripping it with a vice grip but it can't get a good hold of hte head.. and it wont come out.. whats the best way to remove this 1 screw??

Thanks.

If I recall correctly from when I did it, it has a bolt shaped head as well as a place for a screw driver. I took a bolt head that fit and stuck it in an electric screwdriver to loosen it. First time on that screw is a bitch, it's torqued on there really tight.
