Mod- apprehensive

I got my 05 Coupe Feb. of 05. Since then the only things I did were the clear-bra, clear corners, and tint. I am scared to continue modding the car as I find it highly addictive. My last car was an 01 Honda accord coupe. I started modding the lights, and before I knew it I ended up spending 6k in less then 12 mo. on MODs. Has anyone else came from a previous car that they modded, and now trying to hold back on there G.

Lol, I was the other way around. I drove a bone stock Maxima and spent lots of time on the extremely stock-unfriendly Maxima forums & community without ever getting the modding bug. The exact opposite thing is happening with the G, I intended to keep it completely stock, but after checking out so many nice mods at meets and on here, you just "have" to have this or that, and a few hundred here and there just keep adding up. The best advice I can give you to prevent this from getting highly addictive is STAY OFF THE FORUMS if you're the kind of person that gets influenced a lot.. You will be perfectly happy with your G since the ones you see on the road won't have clear corners like yours or they'll have the nasty stock bulbs everywhere. We all want the nice things we see, it's the way human nature is.

Congrats on the new coupe. Give in to the temptation. It's too addictive to resist modding.

My G turned a month old 2 days ago.

So far i done a complete stereo overhaul, Clear Corners and bulbs.

I got the bulbs for the Fogs prob work on it next weekend though.

Did the Clear Bra(i believe that is a must and not even considered a mod).

Reflective Tints were also done.

As far as future mods we will see.

The only thing im looking at to do next is the stillen adjustable swaybar and Z-Tube and K&N Filter.

After that i will start saving my money for APS TT Kit.

All other mods are minor improvements which i think are not even worth it until you start putting down some real horsepower.

The only reason im not looking to do much more is that im debating wether i would trade the G in once the GTR is released. If i don't like the new body style and i can get the same performance from the APS TT Kit then i would head in that direction. If i do then i won't have any regrets since i haven't invested heavily into the G and have saved my money to put it towards the GTR(or new G if the GTR is out of my price range).

i think wheels, suspension upgrades, and stereo stuff are the best bets after reading a lot of these mod posts.
