Nismo CAI or Z-tube and K&N?

few mod questions for those of you with more experience at it than me...

Which is better in terms of performance?

which is more accepted by dealers? (ie: i would still let the dealer do routine maintance like oil changes and the like)

Both still providing gains on the (slightly) redesigned 05 6MT engine?

Is the Nismo a pure bolt on part or is there other work that has to be done to install it as well?

I know the Nismo CAI costs more, but that really wouldnt be an issue to me and i know neither will net a whole lot of gain in power... but i'm gonna start out slow on this mod business and figure one of these two would be a good place to start... at least until i get the money to put on a BBK

I've done a few different intakes and my favourite was the popcharger with Z-tube.

Nismo intake is nice and easy install...but it seems most CAI's are about average. AFAIK there is not a "optimum" intake that is better than the others. Most preferance on look or name brand.

I went Nismo 'cause I got it off eBay for $180
