Possibly a tire (or tires) out of ballance. First, check your lugs to be sure they're tight. If you've had your tires replaced, take them back and tell them about the shake/wobble. I have gotten a bad tire before that they just couldn't fix the wobble on. I looked to the inside of the rim and noticed a ****-load of wheel weights. Took it back and made them replace it, since it simply wouldn't balance out.
