Those with Brembos.....

How many miles did they last you? I am at 18.5K and will be taking a 1500 mile road trip in august. I think a month ago they were at 4 and 5 mm front and back.

Thanks!

Brembo's

Good question, I bought mine used, and I'm at 12k miles, so they should still be ok, although I do notice a tremendous amount of dust on the wheels, like they need to be cleaned every few days.
Downshifting decreases the use of the breaks too.

I'm at 21K miles, and still have 65% in the rear and 50% in the front. I guess it all depends on your driving habits. I also usually use rev-matching and downshift when I slow down to take some of the load off the brakes.

Hope this helps.

Honestly I didn't enquire about actual mm. They told me the state of the pads by percentage left... so it's a rough estimate...

I changed them at 35k. I still had a good 4,000 miles on them according to the mechanic.

Even better question

How much difference is there from MT breaks and AT breaks, those of you who have had both? or driven both

Well supposedly the Brembos are more fade-resistant than OEM brakes. I know someone who had to change them at less than 20k miles, on other people's cars they might last twice as long. Much like tire life, your brake pad longevity depends on your driving habits.
