Well, that is to repaint the bumper as well as undent and repaint the entire quarter panel. Just fixing the bumper would hopefully be a lot less. It looks like most (at least 85%) of the cost in the quote is for fixing the dent in the metal.

For just the bumper, they may be able to just replace the whole thing. How much do those cost?

Either way, good luck getting it fixed. I know first hand that doing something dumb as that to our own Gs really ruins a day...

Hey everyone, sorry to bump this back up but I just wanted to thank everyone for offering their suggestions on what I should do. And in considering that, I opted to have my rear bumper fixed and repainted professionally. The total cost was $200 flat. The car looks exactly like it did the day I drove it off the lot (what a feeling). Dammit, now I have new touch-up paint just sitting around. Anyone need BO touch-up from paintscratch.com, pm me. Thanks again everyone.
