Damn Paranormal, anytime you want to send the checks my way, feel free, no one is stopping you on that one, believe me buddy. I can't wait to get my 350 Z, and i already have a list of mods ready to go, not all at once of course, unless you want to chip in, hahaha J/K.

P.S. I'm a member here only because i was going to get a g35coupe black at first,but decided on getting a 05 Z.

I believed I was really bad until I read about the guy with several sets of wheels and body kits.

Question - Is this a guy thing? Any gals doing extensive mods?

For the married folks...what excuses do you use to justify all the $$ being spent

And no it's not a guy thing, the modding bug knows no gender discrimination. It all comes from spending too much time online

I'll start by saying " My name is Glenn and I'm a Modaholic" Yes I spent over $18,000 modding my last car ( WRX) and said I would never do it again, but here I am!!! Yad yada yada... Whos next to admit their problem?????

I'll add to it as well.

I'm Dru, I'm a Modaholic. Stage: Red
I got LAID OFF a week ago (with 2 weeks notice)
Yet, i'm STILL buying up mods for the car.

On this weeks list: IMPUL sides and rear bumper, Headers (not to mention install)

Now my question is: Does the Betty Ford Rehab Center admit people addicted to Modding?

As my sig says: Modding's one helluva drug...
Dru

^^ Me. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't bought anything new for my car. Is there something wrong with me? Is the modding bug slowly dying?

It all started with the Z-tube... simple, cheap mod...

Then all hell breaks loose... lol

It's all about personal control, and setting priorities on the mods relative to things in your life...

I've got mod itches all over the place... but I'm still... trying... to... refrain...

Wrong forum to ask for moral support.... haha. But we feel you!

I think I'm a budding addict myself...

It started with just getting a K&N drop in filter. The Z-tube is on order now, as well as the clear side markers.

Now I'm seriously considering saving for a Vortech and Nismo wheels. Someone help me before its too late!

I really should pay off the car before going crazy on it, but what fun is that

BTW, what is making you order new shocks? Is your ride really bad now because of the H-Techs?
Its not that my ride is bad, but the car lacks that nimble feeling when you add progessive springs. The best way I can describe it is when I put my 19s and springs on it turned my G35s handling into my moms 05 Altima 2.5 I am looking for better handing around corners (this is where the Stillen sways come in) and also im looking to make the car more responive and add more of a sporty feel that the G's suspension seems to lack IMHO. I also prefer a stiffer ride, which is why I want to go with an adjustable shock like the Tokico.

Wink

My lust is for power, so I think I will either have the Stillen Stg.3 Supercharger or the APS Single Turbo within a year!! I have always had Turbo vehicles, and I crave Boost!!!!
